Simon Blow has been a professional Qigong teacher (Laoshi) since 1990, which means he has been spreading the benefits of meditation, peace and love for over 30 years.

 

Simon has studied Qigong in China, attending international conferences, and is currently the Deputy Secretary of The World Academic Society of Medical Qigong.

 

Simon leads regular Qigong classes in Sydney, including weekly classes at the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse for cancer patients. He also runs workshops, meditation retreats and even Qigong tours to China for students advanced training.

 

Simon is the author of numerous books, DVDs and meditations CDs about this ancient healing art. He is also a sought after speaker and workshop presenter, working with many different groups helping them to develop self healing skills to manage their stress levels and improve their quality of life.
