Learn and practice Qigong in the comfort of your own home

​​Australian Qigong teacher of over 30-years, Simon Blow, recently released a YouTube playlist of Qigong for chronic illness and cancer care. So if you've never tried Qigong and want to give it a go in the comfort of your own home, this is the perfect place to start!

 

Qigong is a powerful healing system developed many years ago in China. It's described as a conscious practice where each person takes personal responsibility to balance and harmonize their vital energy. It’s a bit like Tai Chi, and a typical class includes stretching, gentle movement and meditation. 

 

Today it is used for man​​y purposes, one of which is healing following cancer treatment. Qigong can help to rebuild the immune system, balance the mind, relieve stress, and improve and increase movement.  It's something everyone can do, so give it a go and start reaping the benefits.
